• This new web shop still processes secure transactions via Paypal; a world recognised online payment system that provides the highest levels of industry standard security to conduct safe, secure eCommerce transactions. If you prefer to pay with your credit card and are not using a PayPal account, simply skip the login prompts and use 'pay with credit card' option. You will need to enter your email address so we can update you on the shipping status of the order.
• Please allow between 4-7 working days for delivery. We will email you when your garment/s have been posted and supply an Australia Post tracking number for the parcel.
• b.carlon's studio is based the Inner west of Sydney, Australia and all garments are shipped from this studio using Australia Post. Orders are packed in soft light weight water resistant satchels. Please retain your PayPal receipt emailed to you at time of purchase.
• We are not responsible for parcel losses so please ensure the address given is correct and secure. All orders are subject to availability of stock and we take reasonable steps to verify that an order is bona fide. We do however reserve the right to cancel any order.
Exchange and returns policy
• We appreciate your business and endeavour to provide quality garments. We want our garments to be enjoyed and worn so please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the garments if there's any problem with your order.
• You can either exchange it for another item of the same cost, or return it for a refund. Refund of the original cost of such garment/s will be given, excluding any postage and handling costs. Returned items must include the original swing tag. Worn or washed items will not be accepted. In order for us to process your return/exchange properly, please identify your reason for the return, as well as the course of action to be taken (exchange or refund). Please allow up to three weeks for us to process your return.

• We endeavour to describe all garments as accurate as possible. When viewing our garments online, please keep in mind that the items may appear larger or smaller in pictures, as we try to show as much detail of the garment as possible. Please always check the sizes and garment description. Colours shown on your digital device may also be different from the actual colour of the product. This is out of our control, therefore we do not accept returns for the above reasons. Please select items carefully, we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.
